Life Coaching: We are gifted at getting in our own way, not seeing the possibilities that exist right now in our life. Through coaching we will work together: to build your skills and confidence; to gain clarity about the direction in your life; to explore different perspectives; and to take action. I bring, to each session, compassion for your journey, unwavering support, and the absolute belief that you have what it takes. Fearless Living Coaching: Working with the book Fearless Living - Live Without Excuses, Love Without Regret by Rhonda Britten, we will delve into understanding how fear operates in your life, how it holds you back, how it interferes with your goals. Fear shows up in each of our lives everyday and this program will give you the tools to handle any situation, to make choices based on your essential nature, and to assist you in choosing Freedom over Fear. Mentoring: If your coaching practice isn't as successful as you'd like it to be, then mentoring would be a gift to your future. Mentoring offers sessions to build your confidence, tools to build your practice, and energetic keys to creating a successful coaching business. Your training gave you the knowledge, mentoring will give you the wisdom to have the practive you've dreamed of.

Fearless Loving Coaching: Working with the book Fearless Loving - 8 Simple Truths To Change The Way You Date, Mate, and Relate by Rhonda Britten, we will work to deepen the love you give and receive. Love is up to you!; Your "yes" means nothing if you can't say "no"; Chemistry is between your ears; are a few of the topics we will cover. Couples Coaching: This is an opportunity to enrich your relationship, release the past, and expand your communication skills. I work from the premise that all relationships grow richer with four things:

Self-acceptance - Are you taking care of yourself or do you want your partner to take care of you?, Communication - Every couple gets stuck in a communication rut sometimes, this is an opportunity to expand and evolve how you talk to each other, Commitment and Consistency - What are you committed to? How consistently do you do activities that enrich your relationship? Support - What kind of support do you have? And what do you need?

Pre-Marital Coaching: Building a strong marriage begins with a solid foundation. This program is designed to launch you into marriage feeling connected and strong enough to withstand the storms in life and marriage. It is a five week series that can be expanded per the needs of the couple.

Spiritual Coaching: What is your connection to the greater whole? Where exactly do you fit in? What are your beliefs and thoughts? This coaching is aimed at individuals or couples wanting to explore and understand their personal connection to Spirit. I believe there are no right or wrong answers when it comes to a persons Spiritual beliefs, but rather do you walk your talk, do you practice what you believe, are your beliefs in alignment with your heart?

Starting a couples support group: I offer consultations on starting your own couples support group. A place where you and your partner can be supported in your ups and downs, where you can work each month to enrich your partnership, and where you can create a strong healthy community. You choose couples in your area who are interested in richer relationships and I'll guide you through the steps.

Teleclasses: From time to time I offer teleclasses as a way to support you on your journey. For 55 minutes, from the comforts of your home, we will expand upon the incredible work you've already done.

Making Appointments:

Sessions are scheduled in one hour time segments via the telephone. Most clients work with me either once a week or once every two weeks for at least the first three months.

Daytime appointments are generally easier to schedule, however I do have an occasional evening opening.

Keep in mind that coaching is an investment in yourself, an investment in your dreams, an absolute "yes" to life.

Coaching fees - $125 per hour (one appointment a month), $200 per month (for two appointments in a month), $375 per month (four appointments in a month). All payment plans include email support throughout the month.
